Our Leadership

Brandon Sorensen – Certified Professional Inspector®

Brandon Sorensen is the co-founder of Greenhorn Breckenridge, LLC, a Certified Professional Inspector® with InterNACHI®, and a member of the International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants®. A Kern County-based veteran, he proudly serves the entire region, bringing a unique blend of military discipline and technical expertise to his work.

Brandon’s commitment to service began in the U.S. Marine Corps, where he completed two combat tours in Iraq. He later applied his skills in the U.S. Air Force Reserve as an aircraft hydraulics and pneumatics technician. This experience honed the discipline, technical skill, and attention to detail that are the hallmarks of his inspection work.

His dedication to professional excellence is evident in his extensive credentials. He holds a bachelor’s degree cum laude in Criminal Justice from Southern New Hampshire University with a concentration in Legal Studies and Advocacy. He has earned numerous certifications in residential, commercial, mold, plumbing, roofing, infrared thermography, mobile home, and indoor air quality inspections. Every inspection he performs includes advanced thermal imaging, providing clients with a complete picture of their property’s condition. Brandon is also a proud member of the National Society of Leadership and Success and Alpha Sigma Lambda honor societies.

Julie Anne Sorensen – Certified Professional Inspector®

An avid learner, Julie Anne has attended multiple colleges, including Santa Rosa Community College, South Coast College of Court Reporting, Riverside City College, Cerro Coso, and Empire College.

Julie Anne Sorensen is a Certified Professional Inspector® (CPI) with InterNACHI®, serving Mountain Mesa, Kern River Valley, and all of Kern County, including Kern County, Wofford Heights, Bodfish, Kernville, Weldon, Onyx, Ridgecrest, Bakersfield, Tehachapi, and surrounding areas. As CFO and Executive Director of Property and Environmental Oversight at Greenhorn Breckenridge, Julie combines financial leadership with technical inspection expertise to ensure every property assessment meets the highest standards. She is fully certified in residential property inspections, infrared thermal imaging, mold inspections, plumbing, roofing, indoor air quality, and more, with recognition backed by InterNACHI® and its $25,000 Honor Guarantee. An avid animal lover, she cares for her five dogs and draws inspiration from nonprofit dog rescue work. Alongside her husband and co-founder, Brandon, she enjoys hiking and exploring new places, reflecting the same curiosity and thoroughness she applies to every inspection.
